Responsibilities
The Director of Operations oversees the daily operations of the National Office, ensuring efficiency, productivity, compliance and alignment, regional and national strategic goals. This role manages teams, optimizes processes, and implements policies to drive organizational success.

Implement strategy illustrated on scorecards according to strategic pillars provided.
Oversee day-to-day operations and key projects including integration of Core and franchised regions.
Create, implement, and maintain operational/administrative policies, processes, and ensure compliance.
Ensure operational (including finance, HR, legal) processes conform to budget.
Manage operation and administrative team.
Manage projects with the ability to adapt, change, and prioritize with precision.
Drive procurement, contracts, events, webinars, and trainings.
Thorough understanding of fundamentals of P & L and the ability to proactively manage its own budget in view of securing EBITDA.
Coach and mentor emerging directors and any future leaders.
Maintain a collaborative partnership with other teams while staying aligned with core expertise.
Lifelong learning activities such as focus groups, professional development courses, global leadership programs, and conferences and conventions.
Any additional duties needed to help demonstrate our core values, drive our vision, and fulfill our mission.
Requirements
Bachelor’s of Science in Business or equivalent experience.
5 – 8 years’ experience in operations and/or organizational development.
Proven successes in leading operations, business development/strategy, leading teams, and change management.
Understanding of multi-national, cross-cultural environment.
Proven strong influencer and servant leadership mentality.
Ability to demonstrate different approaches to suit different teams, tasks, and projects, including communicating the detailed solutions to the audience.
Think strategically and holistically.
Solution-focused; take initiative-make decisions.
Strong leadership with the ability to set direction, make decisions, and drive accountability.
Excellent organizational and planning skills; able to manage multiple priorities with precision.
High attention to detail and a commitment to excellence and standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decision-making.
Confident and assertive communicator; clear, direct, and professional in both verbal and written communication.
Proactive and results-focused; takes ownership and follows through.
Comfortable working under pressure and with deadlines; resilient and firm when needed.
Skilled at creating structure, implementing systems, and enforcing processes.
Familiarity with business networking platforms or project management tools is a plus.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
