We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer to oversee our Quality Assurance team. You will be required to manage all aspects of software and product testing within the company. This may include developing test strategies, drawing up test documents, identifying faults, and reviewing QA reports. • Leading the QA team in designing QA test procedures and frameworks.

• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive automation tests for the Token Metrics platform.

• Implement end-to-end automation using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Katalon, and Browserstack.

• Utilize performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling to ensure system reliability under various conditions.

• Conduct API testing with tools like Postman, SoapUI, or Swagger to validate backend services.

• Work closely with the development team to integrate automation scripts in the CI/CD pipeline.

• Bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla can be used effectively to report and track issues.

• Collaborate with the product team to design test plans that cover all aspects of functionality, ensuring comprehensive risk minimization.

• Perform manual testing when necessary, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing.

• Engage in cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure consistent user experience across all platforms.
