Responsibilities
Create and manage projects across Product Roadmap; monitor and review project progress and timelines; adjust schedules and prioritize projects as needed; and identify and resolve issues or risks to ensure project success.
Ensure on time and on budget delivery of projects while also ensuring that project gates and governance are properly adhered to during the execution of the project.
Able to manage multiple medium to small interrelated projects requiring cross- functional collaboration and management at the program level.
Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
Be the central Point of Contact for all product development projects where the Enterprise customer is the key stakeholder
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business or related field.
5+ years experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager
Experience working with SaaS B2B managing programs with Enterprise clients
Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
COMPETENCIES
Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high energy, team-oriented environment
