• Working experience in Digital Banking channels such as (Internet/ Mobile banking) is required

• Expertise in Credit Cards is a must along with other domains under Retail Banking

• Experience in requirements documentation from varied geographical teams and banks

• Familiar with Agile culture and scrum ceremonies

• Comfortable with User Story writing & engage with stakeholders to elicit requirements.

• Good hands-on experience in - Jira, Confluence, Visio etc Tools.

• Around 8 years of experience with prior experience in Banking or Fintech

• Ability to leverage thought leadership, consulting skills, industry know-how, convincing/articulation skills

• Capability to perform demos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders including prospective clients

• Should have excellent communication skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in a relevant field of work.
