Creating/updating training material, including documents, presentations, and video recordings on domain-specific topics as well as the company’s different solutions.

Assisting in the analysis of requirements received from clients and proposing solutions in coordination with relevant product managers.

Review project documents to ensure requirements are in line with the solution and platform capabilities.

Creating/updating solutions documentation including Systems Requirements Specifications,

Functional Specifications, Screen Specifications, Process Flow Diagrams, User Guides, User Manuals, Whitepapers, and other documents as and when required.

Coordinating with product developers and testers and making sure the requirements are clearly understood.

Testing, preparing data reviewing developed features, and ensuring implementation quality prior to release.

Perform demos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders including prospective clients.
