Qualifications 

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale products. 

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in leadership role including designing end-toend products.

• Experience with VPN or Messaging product

Must-Have Skills 

• Good English both verbal and written 

• Good understanding of crypto exchanges 

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. 

• Able to use mockup software to design UX/UI, layout and navigation flows. 

• Communicate with impact: able to explain complex problems in one or two sentences. 

• An attention to details and a never-satisfying attitude: able to pick out small discrepancies in layout design and propose solutions.
