Responsibilities
Hiring a Senior Frontend Developer specializing in UX Engineering to help shape the next generation of a global enterprise workflow platform serving 500,000+ users. The role sits at the intersection of UX design and software engineering — turning complex business processes, automation systems, and data-heavy applications into intuitive, scalable, high-performance user experiences. The candidate will work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Backend Engineers to build modern, accessible, globally scalable enterprise applications.
Interaction Engineering: build complex workflow UI components (visual logic builders, real-time status monitors, multi-step configuration wizards).
Design System Stewardship: own and extend the global design system and component library, ensuring pixel-perfect consistency across product areas/modules.
High-Fidelity Prototyping: build code-based interactive prototypes to validate complex user journeys before full development.
Localization & Accessibility (a11y): implement i18n/l10n strategies supporting a global user base, strictly following WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
UX Performance Optimization: monitor and optimize Core Web Vitals and interaction latency so the product stays responsive under heavy enterprise load.
Stakeholder Collaboration: act as the 'translator' between UX designers and backend engineers, ensuring the design vision is technically and performance-feasible.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years of frontend development, with a portfolio demonstrating complex enterprise UX (SaaS, IT management, or similar).
UX Principles: deep understanding of information architecture, user psychology, and usability testing methods.
Frontend Expertise: strong command of HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/CSS Modules), modern layout (Flexbox/Grid), and TypeScript.
Framework Expertise: deep proficiency in React, Angular, or Vue.js, focused on building reusable, stateful components.
React: experience building reusable, stateful components using hooks; state management experience.
Design Tools: hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch; comfortable extracting assets and understanding design tokens.
Data integration: REST API, WebSocket for real-time data; solid error handling and retry/backoff strategy.
Workflow Technologies: familiarity with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js) and state management for complex data flows (Redux, Recoil).

Design token pipeline (Style Dictionary), Storybook, Chromatic/visual regression testing.
Frontend security awareness (OWASP FE risks, XSS/CSP, safely handling untrusted content).
Observability (Sentry, Datadog), feature flagging, A/B testing.
Experience working with distributed teams and varying network conditions across regions.
Experience delivering multi-language localized experiences, including at least one RTL locale.
Has rolled out a design system across 2+ product modules, with documented components and usage guidelines.
Has driven measurable improvements in Core Web Vitals and interaction latency on at least one high-traffic workflow.
