Responsibilities

  • Go-To-Market plan for the regional countries

  • Map out the market, market segments, and target customers for each segment

  • Develop and articulate the value proposition of our solution to the clients in the countries of interest

  • Research automotive organizations and decision-makers online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and opportunities

  • Drive sales processes, develop quotations and proposals

  • Value selling, negotiations, deal closing

  • Direct sales with the support of our pre-sales team, marketing, etc.

  • Develop a network of partners and agents for market development, creating awareness and mindset for new lead generation

  • Develop and maintain relationships with the clients’ C-Level executives, IT leaders, and functional heads in marketing, vehicle sales, service, parts and dealer development, and other relevant influencers

  • Highly driven Individual in meeting Corporate Sales Target

  • Drive business development initiatives and meet yearly sales targets

  • Leverage your network to drive awareness of Technosoft Automotive Retail Solutions’ capabilities and close new sales through newly generated leads and personal contacts

  • Build a strong pipeline (4x) of business opportunities and manage them through the use of our CRM system

  • Work with the Technosoft sales leadership team in sales activities and customer follow-up

Requirements

  • BA/ BS degree

  • 5+ years of experience in sales of enterprise-level IT solutions

  • Knowledge and experience in dealer management systems and CRM systems in the automotive retail industry is a MUST

  • Understanding of integration of various systems in dealerships such as Sales System, Customer Service System, Warranty System, After Sales System and etc

  • Understanding the evaluation and purchasing processes for DMS and CRM on national sales company or dealer group level

  • Understanding of the challenges, opportunities, and trends in the automotive retail industry, changing car buyer behavior, and new customer experience initiatives

  • Deep understanding of automotive dealerships and dealer networks operations

  • Ability to Commercial acumen; pipeline, and budget accountability

  • Ability to multitask and work flexibly to maximize outcomes in a small team

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, proactive communicator

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint)

  • Strong relationship and human interaction skills

  • Excellent English in written and oral

*** Nice to have:

  • Experience in the automotive retail industry, such as dealer development, automotive sales, and automotive services at National Sales Center (NSC) or dealer group level

Salary range:
up to USD 5,000 Gross (Excluding commission)
