As a Digital Marketing Campaign Consultant, you will be working with our Global Internet Leader Account to deliver #happier customer experience. Devise and run marketing campaigns for products, services or events that target consumers or other businesses. Usually working under a head of marketing but managing a marketing team, campaign managers oversee campaigns in a variety of formats.

You are also required to perform these job functions:

  • To manage and optimize existing AdWords (PPC) campaign components including, but not limited to – Ad Copy, Bid Prices, Cost per Conversion, Cost per Click, Keyword Research, etc.

  • To help create and implementation of PPC strategies including keyword research and analysis.

  • To create performance reports with recommendations for improvements.

  • Tracking of funds in account and maintaining conversation.

  • Knack of implementation new technologies automation capabilities that enhance SEM efforts.

  • Consultant for digital advertising campaigns with the opportunity of having a significant impact on businesses

  • Advise about optimization based on analyzed data and upsell with additional Google products. Ability to influence different stakeholders, especially those with strong marketing presence within the compan

  • It is a target driven environment so ability to work towards individual sales targets as well as being part of a larger sales team increasing the Google Ads customer base across region is crucial

  • Team player, with ability to create unique customer experiences while actively affecting the digital marketing environment

  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the ISO9001 and ISO18295-1 Quality Management System of the company.


  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in any field

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role OR experienced in coaching, training, or educating in a sales environment

  • Excited to work with evolving and emerging technology products

  • Is analytical and has a logical mindset

  • 2 Years of experience in online advertising

  • Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, compliance, customer satisfaction and other KPIs, targets

  • Experience working with CRM system

  • Analytical and creative mindset, ability to solve problems

  • Has strong communicative skills and a flair for selling creative market solutions

  • Works in an organized and structured manner

  • Has experience within sales

  • Is passionate about sales and has a genuine interest for online marketing

  • Has a creative mindset and a good understanding of customer needs

  • Team player with strong leadership, analytical and communication skills

  • Passionate about Marketing, technology and online Advertising, with a desire to learn and develop

  • Technically advanced with expertise in cloud technologies, social media, computers, mobile services, and most importantly how they all work together

  • Understanding of sales cycles including prospecting, communicating, negotiating and the ability to sell based on value, not price

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience working in B2B environment

  • Dependable, reliable with strong work ethic

  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically


Salary range: Base RM4,000 – RM4,500 (depending on exp) + Monthly incentive RM1,800
