We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to modernize an enterprise travel platform currently serving approximately 40,000 users.

This is a hands-on design role focused on simplifying complex workflows, improving usability, and creating a modern, consistent interface. You will collaborate closely with Business Analysts throughout the design process and communicate directly with the client when clarification or design feedback is needed.

• Work closely with Business Analysts to understand business processes, user roles, requirements and edge cases, then translate them into practical design solutions.

• Review the existing platform to identify usability issues, inconsistent experiences and opportunities for improvement.

• Design information architecture, user journeys, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces and interactive prototypes.

• Define detailed interaction behaviours and UI states, including loading, empty, error, validation and permission-based states.

• Build and maintain reusable components, design libraries and scalable design systems across the platform.

• Ensure designs are intuitive, visually consistent, responsive and accessible.

• Improve existing workflows while maintaining familiarity and minimizing disruption for current users.

• Iterate designs based on business requirements, stakeholder feedback, usability findings, and technical constraints.

• Prepare clear design handoffs and collaborate with engineers and QA to ensure accurate implementation.
