Responsible for managing cross-regional IT projects throughout their development life cycle, including resource planning, customer expectation management, change management, and risk assessment

Review current technology and driveways to leverage and improve productivity

Lead the technical development team, selecting the right technology solutions for building the regional end-to-end sales platform

Work closely with the product manager and project team members to deliver quality projects and services

Manage project execution, and communicate project progress and issues to project stakeholders, including analytical reports, presentations, and other documentation as necessary throughout the project delivery process

Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management

Maintain and measure the quality of project deliverables within the defined and agreed project requirements

Deliver the solution using the CI/CD pipeline

Deliver solutions that will be used across multiple platforms and languages

Make data-driven decisions

Knowledge transfer on product development and architectural design guidance to local development and application teams and guide teams

Organize Agile ceremonies

Set up the process and produce timely regular reports to senior management
