7+ years of experience in software development, including 2+ years in a Tech Lead role.

Strong experience in PHP (Laravel/Symfony) and ReactJS.

Solid understanding of REST APIs, system design, and database (MySQL/PostgreSQL).

Experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker.

Proven ability to lead teams, code review, and mentor developers.

Good problem-solving skills and experience working in Agile/Scrum.

Good English communication, able to work with international teams.
