Leading and orienting Team Business Development to find and connect with partners who are companies or teams/individuals producing Application/Games products in Vietnam and Global.

Responsible for the quantity and quality of products or cooperation partners of the Team.

Acting as a contact point and working bridge between partners and departments in the company to solve problems in the process of cooperation to achieve business results.

Coordinate with related departments of business flow including Marketing, Dev, Product to ensure positive and effective interaction in common work.

Set up, develop goals, business plans to grow periodically, contribute to increase revenue.

Conduct sales performance forecasting and analysis as required.

Develop strategy, form a team, develop a development plan for the new business.

Lead and manage a business flow including sales, marketing, and Dev team, ensuring positive interactions with other teams in the Company.

Manage and train the sales staff of the organization, make decisions to recruit sales staff when necessary.
