Responsibilities
The company is hiring a Technical Program Manager in Ho Chi Minh City to support a major enterprise transformation engagement. This person will serve as a key on-the-ground operator, helping drive coordination across client leadership, technical teams, and external vendors.
This is a highly execution-focused role. You will help keep complex workstreams moving, ensure the right stakeholders are aligned, and maintain clear reporting and escalation pathways. The role is ideal for someone who is organized, persistent, bilingual, and comfortable operating in fast-moving enterprise environments.
Coordinate day-to-day execution across multiple workstreams in a large enterprise transformation program
Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers across technical and business stakeholders
Follow up with client teams to gather updates, close gaps, and keep deliverables on track
Support recurring reporting cadences, including weekly summaries, status updates, and escalation paths
Help manage communication across leadership, vendors, and internal team members
Maintain clear program documentation, action logs, and working plans
Provide strong in-person coordination support on the ground in Ho Chi Minh City
Escalate issues quickly and help ensure decisions are translated into action
Requirements
Approximately 7-10 years of overall Technical Program/Project Management experience
At least 2-3 years supporting enterprise transformation or large-scale software delivery initiatives
Familiarity with coordinating across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Comfortable driving follow-up and holding a large group of stakeholders accountable
Able to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Fluent in Vietnamese and strong English communication skills
Based in Ho Chi Minh City and available for regular in-person work with client stakeholders

Experience working with executive stakeholders or large cross-functional programs
Background in consulting, transformation, or enterprise operations
Experience coordinating external vendors or implementation partners

Workstreams are consistently moving forward with clear ownership and visibility
Leadership has timely, accurate reporting on progress, risks, and blockers
Client stakeholders are responsive and aligned
Issues are surfaced early and escalated appropriately
The program runs with high operational discipline on the ground
