Responsibilities

  • Introduce the company's products and services to customers;

  • Understanding and analyzing customer needs, transforming business requirements into technical requirements;

  • Work with internal and partners to build the most suitable solutions for customers;

  • Responsible for all kinds of technical documents in the sales process;

  • Present technical solutions and convince customers of the value of the solution;

  • Become a “trusted advisor” for customers, ensuring that customers receive value from the company's products and services;

  • Training for Sales/Marketing departments about the company's products and services;

  • Continuously provide information from the market and customers to service development departments;

  • Participate in the product development cycle, and service improvement of the company.

Requirements

  • Love solving problems and bringing benefits to customers;

  • University graduate majoring in Information Technology, Electronics - Telecommunications or related discipline;

  • Have knowledge of network equivalent to CCNA;

  • Having certifications in the cloud, security, managed services ... is an advantage;

  • Having at least 1 year of experience in a similar position or in sales/deployment/customer care positions related to information technology.

  • Having knowledge or experience in a technical field (line, video conference, Livestream…) in events is an advantage;

  • Can communicate in English;

  • Good presentation and communication skills;

  • Have logical thinking and problem-solving skills;

  • Have good information capture and search skills.
