Responsibilities
At the company, we’re reimagining legal services by injecting speed and intelligence into the heart of legal drafting. Our AI-powered SaaS platform empowers attorneys to generate court-ready documents in minutes, not hours. As we scale, quality is our product, and we’re searching for a QA
Engineer with a passion for automation, testing strategy, and modern observability to raise the bar across our engineering org. If you believe QA is a mindset, and you geek out over mutation testing, synthetic monitoring, and pushing zero bug policies, you’ll thrive here.
Own the testing lifecycle. Design, implement, and continuously improve test automation across our stack (UI, API, system). Own Shift Left QA strategies, from story kickoff through deployment.
Build automation with battle-tested tools. Use Cypress, Playwright, and Selenium for UI testing, and Postman/Newman for APIs. Automate everything. Automate it again.
Validate AI systems. Use Helicone, Langfuse, and custom validators to test and inspect our AI outputs. Write semantic assertions and regression suites against LLM behavior.
Prevent bugs before they happen. Work closely with engineering and product in sprint planning and grooming to bake in quality early, not test it later.
Push resilience to the limit. Implement synthetic monitors and edge-case fuzzers to simulate real-world chaos. Bonus if you love Chaos Engineering.
Enforce quality gates. Define what “ready for production” really means. Codify regression, smoke, and integration testing flows in CI/CD pipelines.

Deep experience with GoLang or TypeScript, and test frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, and Selenium.

Comfortable working in CI/CD pipelines, with tools like GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or Jenkins.
Obsessed with reproducibility, traceability, and high test coverage.

Familiarity with Chaos Engineering principles or tools like Gremlin, Litmus.
You’ve designed load and stress tests using k6, Locust, or Gatling.
