Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual revenue and profit targets through effective methods of consultative selling.

  • Plan and implement sales and marketing activities to meet company targets on sales and profitability.

  • Develop and expand the distribution channel to ensure Geberit product availability.

  • Cultivate sustainable business relationships and cross-sell across product lines.

  • Identify new market segments, research client needs, and analyze competitors' products and pricing.

  • Provide guidance and leadership to local sales staff, setting targets and assessing performance.

  • Utilize CRM for client database management, project tracking, showroom equipment, and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • University degree or higher education qualification

  • Extensive background in the sanitary/piping building material industry, with a minimum of 10 years' experience

  • High level of enthusiasm, full of passion to build up new relationships in the field

  • Creative, outgoing personality, mature, honest, self-motivated, result oriented and open-minded

  • Proven track record for the projects in the building industry

  • Ability to approach higher management levels – developers, architects, designers, MEP consultants, plumbers and contractors

  • Strong background in sanitary/piping building material industry. Minimum 10 years’ experience in this industry.

  • Willingness to travel within the dedicated region (travel capacity up to 20%)

  • Appreciation for diverse cultures and ability to adapt accordingly.

  • Proficiency in the local language (Vietnamese) for effective communication.

  • Professional English skills, excellent communication skills

Benefits

Working location: District 4, HCM (Hybrid)

Salary range: Up to USD 5,000 Gross
