• Strong domain knowledge of the process of digital exchange. 

• Exposure and familiarity with stock trading processes in a digital exchange, from how stock tickers are designed, how stock prices are presented, and how buy/sell orders are fulfilled in real-time.

• Good product knowledge across asset classes including equities, FX, and Structured Products. 

• Knowledge of derivatives, futures, and options. 

• At least 2 years of working experience in a digital stock/crypto exchange, trading/dealing desk. Either in a fintech or banking environment. 

• Familiar with the payment services act and regulatory requirements in Singapore. 

• Have a strong understanding of the day-to-day activities of a trader, and what sort of tools, charts, and information is necessary to allow traders to work effectively. 

• Strong written and spoken capability in English. 

• Speaking and Writing capability in Vietnamese will be a plus point. 

• Has a software development background. 

• Experience with the renewable energy domain will be an added advantage. 

• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. 

• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. 

• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. 

• Comfortable with working in a startup environment. 

• Good command of Mandarin/Chinese

Qualifications 

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a relevant field 

• 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience 

• Certification in Product Owner, Blockchain technology will be a plus point.
