Provide regular communications to the business/client(s) on service impacts, planned change and risk mitigation

Participate in workshops, requirement gathering sessions and incident management meetings with clients/vendors.

Provide L2 & L3 support of internal applications and supporting infrastructure

Managing backlog, service desk requests, and enhancements using Jira and follow processes

Work with development teams on development, testing, implementation and configuration of code enhancements where applicable

Ensuring that systems are fully operational and any loss of service is restored in a timely and efficient manner

Proactively identify and champion process improvements both within the application support team, and in its interaction with the wider IT team.

Regularly document and review support instructions.
