Responsibilities
Fully understand game flow and identify issues in cross-platform games
Use bug tracking tools to analyze and manage issues.
Define issue priority to match the vision and standard of the team and get key metrics to inform stakeholders and facilitate decision making at all levels.
Working with developers to ensure all projects are shipped on time with maximum quality and minimal defects
Identifying all QA requirements and tools needed for an effective testing process.
Attending sprint planning meetings to ensure processes are accurately represented.
Providing clear direction for multiple test teams, both internal and external to deliver consistent vision for functionalities
Check for localization issues cross platform
Continually seek opportunities for improvement in current processes
Requirements
A proven background in Mobile Quality Assurance. At least 2 year experience in test roles in total.
With a minimum of 1 years’ experience and 1 shipped title from start to finish in a leadership role working alongside development teams
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to inspire others
An excellent understanding of Apple and Google Play Store standards and submission processes
Proven experience hiring, training and mentoring other team members to build a strong team
Experience with Live Operations and games as a service from a Quality Assurance perspective. (plus)
Familiarity managing multiple on site and external test teams (plus)
Need to have experience in QA blockchain/ NFT game
Proficient in English
