Responsibilities
Responsible for driving business growth, partnerships, and strategic initiatives across the ASEAN region. The role focuses on expanding market presence, achieving revenue targets, and leading business development teams to deliver sustainable results.
Develop and implement strategic growth plans for ASEAN markets.
Identify new business opportunities and potential market segments.
Build partnerships and alliances that strengthen the organization’s revenue streams.
Drive sales performance, ensuring monthly and annual targets are met against budgets and forecasts.
Oversee receivables and ensure healthy cash flow management.
Manage and guide Business Development Representatives across ASEAN countries.
Strategize and execute regional marketing campaigns in collaboration with marketing teams.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare business performance reports, forecasts, and recommendations for management.
Represent the company in key business meetings, partnerships, and events.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
8–12 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Strategy roles.
Proven experience in managing multi-country operations (ASEAN preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Background in FMCG, beverages, or related industries preferred.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
