Responsibilities

  • Own the full candidate lifecycle within our Engineering Talent function from start to finish, including: sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and closing

  • Build a diverse pipeline, which includes producing a target list of passive candidates for assigned searches across key territories including APAC, EMEA and LATAM.

  • Partner with key hiring leaders across all Engineering teams as a strategic advisor

  • Continually help improve, evolve and scale our interview best practices

  • Contribute to building positive brand recognition on a global scale across the software community

Requirements

5+ years proven success in recruiting Engineering roles (at all levels including Entry to Director level)

  • Prior working experience within a fast growth SAAS company (preferred)

  • Recruiting across multiple territories would be advantageous (APAC/Europe preferred)

  • Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders around best recruitment practices

  • Ability to strategize, prioritize and delicately balance the needs of all departments

  • Data driven, with the ability to make quick decisions to drive the hiring process

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced ever-changing environment with an innate sense of urgency

  • Holds self and others accountable for delivering results

  • Nice to Have: Experience leading 1-2 team members
