Prototype and develop new ideas and participate in all parts of the lifecycle from research to release

Ensure high quality code standard across the team that is well tested, maintained, and documented

Participate in the implementation and development of best practices for front-end development

Lead the technical front-end development and associated team

Facilitate collaboration between engineers, product owners, and business users

Lead the troubleshoot and fix of production issues within SLAs
