Responsibilities
Perform end-to-end manual testing for mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms.
Analyze business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product flows to develop effective test scenarios and test cases.
Execute functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and usability testing.
Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
Proactively identify quality risks, requirement gaps, dependencies, and potential bottlenecks before they impact testing or delivery.
Collaborate directly with clients, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve testing issues.
Take ownership of testing blockers: proactively communicate with relevant stakeholders, follow up on dependencies, and drive discussions toward resolution instead of waiting for instructions.
Communicate testing progress, risks, blockers, and quality concerns clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Support root-cause analysis and work closely with development teams to troubleshoot complex issues.
Contribute to improving QA processes, test coverage, and overall product quality.
Requirements
Must Have
Strong experience in Manual Software Testing, preferably at Senior level.
Hands-on experience testing mobile applications on iOS and/or Android.
Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, test design techniques, defect management, and the software development lifecycle.
Good English communication skills, with the ability to participate effectively in meetings and discussions with international clients.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in complex testing environments.
Proactive and ownership-driven mindset, with the ability to identify issues, follow through on blockers, and drive problems toward resolution.
Nice to Have
Experience working with banking, fintech, or financial services products.
Previous experience in a client-facing role or working directly with overseas clients.
Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
Ability to quickly identify potential delivery and quality risks, raise concerns at the right time, and propose practical solutions.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Salary range: Up to VND 62,500,000 gross
