Responsibilities

  • Work with relevant stakeholders to manage the resources allocation on multiple regions / multiple projects.

  • Work with PMs to control the project timeframes and deliverables.

  • In cooperation with the development team and PMs to participate in and/or lead the development sprints and conduct the sprints' demo.

  • Evaluating project quality and escalating quality issues to PM in time.

  • In cooperation with PMs, SAs to detect out-scope requirements and organise them into change requests.

  • Work with line managers and regional directors on hiring plans based on the project pipeline.

  • Provide the development team's performance report.

  • Provide the project reports.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years working in the software development industry.

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in project management.

  • Knowledge in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

  • Experienced in project planning, impact analysis, and execution of activities related to the implementation of business requirements for new or existing systems

  • Must have excellent written and spoken English communication skills

  • A strong teamwork ethic is essential.

Desired skills/experience

  • A proven ability to learn new products, develop technical knowledge, and apply new skills in a high-paced environment.

  • Experience in Project Management methodologies and tools.

  • Experience in Business and Functional Requirement Analysis, and User Acceptance Test (UAT) approaches methodologies and tools.

  • Experienced working with Salesforce platform or CRM systems.

  • Experienced working with Agile methodology.

  • Desired candidates enjoy problem-solving while learning, developing, and applying new skills along the way.

  • Beneficial to have a working knowledge of the Atlassian Suite, JIRA, Confluence and Service Desk.

  • Beneficial to have prior experience working with offshore and distributed teams

Benefits

Salary range: Up to 4500$ gross
