Responsibilities
Working together with Technical Support Team and Cross-Functional teams to troubleshoot incidents, problems and change management to ensure all reported issues are resolved as per predefined SLA
Create and maintain API Bridge solution between V-Key SDK and cross platforms (i.e. Flutter, ReactNative, Cordova…)
Managing Diagnostic Applications including maintaining, and updating applications regularly
Participate in the project with customers to support the integration of the solution
Provide on-call/remote support outside regular business hours as and when required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in building software for Android
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle

Experience with iOS development, cross-platform development (i.e. Flutter, React Native, Cordova, Kony…)
** Soft skills
Able to handle pressures while working on high priority/critical incidents
Work in a team environment
Be smart, driven, curious, and empathetic support member
Love to work with multi-national customers
Good at interpersonal communication with strong verbal/written English skills
Previous experience supporting software products and resolving complex technical queries
Experience in a customer-facing role within high-tech industry, ideally with direct exposure to troubleshooting technical issues
Willing to work beyond business hours as and when required (Overtime benefit will be provided)
Willing to travel oversea to work at customers’ sites as required
Benefits
Salary range: up to 35mil gross
