Responsibilities

  • Holding N1/N2 JLPT Certificate

  • Understand customer business processes, needs and requirements.

  • Work as a SCRUM team member.

  • Analyze the requirements from customers in business view and end-user view.

  • Ensure business requirements are fully understood by Development and provide input to design and product specifications

  • Document functional and business requirements

  • Create wireframes if needed.

  • Write User Stories if PO request and review the User Stories created by the PO and make sure that it meets the acceptance criteria.

  • Understand causes, activity, sequence diagrams and system process flows(screen flow, data flow,….)

  • Tracking all change requests from customers. Manage all requirements, specifications, change request of the project

  • Work with PO to get and clarify the requirement, Q&A, consult the solutions or figure out the problems

  • Work with development team to go over the specification, Q&A, consult the solutions or figure out the problems

  • Follow task development, carry out UAT and demo/train end-users.

  • Assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands.

  • Manages ongoing relationship with business partner to drive satisfaction with IT.

  • Other tasks assigned.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience working in a similar position

  • Effective stakeholder engagement: Business analysts are likely to deal with stakeholders at all levels of an organization

  • Critical thinking: The ability to understand and analyze problems and find solutions

  • Problem-solving: The ability to think creatively and work collaboratively with teams to solve business challenges

  • Decision making: The ability to make decisions around things such as requirement prioritization, scope, assessing the viability of solutions, etc

  • Good listener & communicator: English required

  • Documentation and writing skills: Business analysts will find themselves creating documents such as use cases and business requirement documents

  • Confident presenter: The ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leaders and to manage stakeholder meetings

  • Agile/Scrum: Understand Agile/Scrum and work/react as a member of SCRUM team.
