A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field/ similar project management certifications

Experience in managing software development projects, at least 3 years

Good work tenure

Technical background and strong motivation to enable understanding of the goals in depth, assisting the team organizing, and make right technical decisions to meet these goals

Good verbal and written English skills, and experience communicating with people in all levels of the organization

‘Roll your sleeves up’ attitude, working in a start-up culture

Good problem-solving skills, sense of ownership and track record in leadership
