Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Office and HR Administrator to oversee administrative operations and support HR functions in our fast-paced call centre. You will play a crucial role in supporting both the day-to-day running of the office and managing employee-related processes across a large, diverse, and shift-based workforce.
This position is ideal for someone with strong multitasking skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for maintaining a positive and compliant work environment in a high-volume operation.
HR Administration:
Manage employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, offboarding, contract management, and employee records.
Support high-volume recruitment coordination: posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and collecting documents.
Administer HR systems, ensuring all employee data is accurate and up-to-date.
Support time and attendance tracking, shift rosters, and leave management in collaboration with team leads.
Assist with payroll inputs (hours, sick leave, overtime), ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Coordinate and support staff engagement initiatives, training sessions, and performance review cycles.
Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, manage HR system.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal company standards.
Office Administration:
Oversee day-to-day office functions, including supplies, facility management, and vendor relationships.
Ensure health & safety protocols and cleanliness standards are maintained.
Manage internal documentation, notices, and staff communications.
Support the coordination of team meetings, staff inductions, and internal events.
Maintain accurate records of security passes and workstation assignments.
Act as liaison between HR, IT, Facilities, and Operations to support overall business continuity.
Requirements
3–5+ years in an Office or HR administrative role, ideally within a call centre or high-volume environment.
Strong understanding of HR practices, employee compliance, and local employment laws.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, particularly in a shift-based operation.
High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and communication skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Familiarity with HR software.
