• Updating overall in/outbound progress

• Monitoring operators’ works

• Instructing for daily warehouse tasks to ensure items are received, put away, picked and delivered timely and accurately

Warehouse Organization

• Designing process of conducting inventory counting

• Organizing and maintaining warehouse layouts

• Organizing 5S & security activities

• Organizing inspection and maintenance activities for tools and equipment

• Ensuring necessary consumables and equipment for warehouse operations are always available and in sufficient quantities

(Leader)

• Implementing and monitoring inventory counting

• Monitoring the maintain of warehouse layout according to instructions from WH manager

• Monitoring the implementation of 5S

• Performing equipment inspection and maintenance

• Reporting of materials used, making list of items for purchasing

Management and Reporting

• Leading and making decisions to resolve warehouse operation issues

• Updating and adjusting workflows

• Controlling operational costs and efficiency in warehouse operations

• Making inventory, capacity, productivity, 5S & security reports...and sharing with related departments as required

• Organizing training and Kaizen activities

• Handling operators’ attendances

• Reporting to WH manager as required
