Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive with a technical mindset to support our growing sales team. This role is ideal for candidates with 2 years of working experience who are eager to build a career in tech sales and grow in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. You will work closely with senior sales members to manage client accounts, support business development activities, and execute go-to-market initiatives for our AioT solutions. This position offers hands-on exposure to real customer engagements and strong learning opportunities in both sales and technology
Sales & Account Management
Support business growth by maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and assisting in account management activities
Proactively identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities in the smart building, AIoT, and digital transformation sectors
Perform sales hunting activities, including cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking to generate new leads and appointments
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through consistent prospecting and follow-up activities
Participate in client meetings to understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored AIoT solutions
Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and presentation materials
Track leads, sales activities, and project progress using CRM or reporting tools, and follow up with relevant stakeholders as required
Support marketing campaigns and events by following up on inbound leads and converting them into qualified opportunities
Technical & Product Understanding
Develop a solid understanding of DeltaFrontier’s AIoT product portfolio, including facial recognition, smart workspace solutions, visitor management, and data center automation
Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to support client presentations, product demonstrations, and solution briefings
Keep up to date with market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities within the AIoT and smart building industries
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience:
1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related role, preferably within the technology, automation, or smart solutions industry
Fresh graduates with strong motivation, relevant internships, or project experience are welcome to apply
Language: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Presentation Skills: Comfortable preparing and delivering sales and marketing presentations
Digital Tools: Familiarity with digital marketing and sales tools such as LinkedIn, Canva, Meta platforms, CRM systems, and Google Analytics is an advantage
Benefits
Working location: Ho Chi Minh City (9 am - 6 pm, Mon-Fri)
Salary range: Up to VND 16,000,000 Gross
