Responsibilities

1. Hardware and Software Operational Support

  • Setup computer and peripherals for users.

  • Take responsibility for the maintenance, support, and documentation of the hardware peripherals, PCs, CCTV, Door access control, and Printers…

  • Analyze and support or cooperate with vendors to resolve problems.

  • Install OS and other Software based on IT policy.

2. Help Desk Service

  • An IT Support Technician is required to provide 1st and 2nd line support to our users at the Viet Nam location and remotely all around Asia. 

  • Receive and respond incident ticket should be a hardware-software issue, or related to Servers (AD, file sharing, web app…)

  • Cover any occasional issues out-of-hours alongside a third-party support provider.

  • Training user knowledge related to IT scope.

3. Management Tasks

  • Responsibility for monitoring network, systems, and other hardware operations.

  • Manage IT assets.

  • Work with the vendor for purchasing, contract, setup, and maintenance IT items

Requirements

  • Having a degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or certificates MCSA, or above is an advantage.

  • Have experience in customer service and communication skills 

  • English skills – ability to understand English in reading, writing and talking.

  • Desktop and Laptop support skills (hardware and software) - Hardware and Printer peripherals support skills

  • Basic TCP/IP Network troubleshooting 

  • Proficient with MAC and OS

  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
