Responsibilities
Official software (Firmware) function verification
Customer requirement validation
Development software verification
Test confirmation of reported Customer issues and debugging issues.
Customer-specific issue list management and reporting
Management of Customer remaining issues and maintenance release schedule by cycle
Internal Test equipment and environment management for verification
On-site support upon Customer request
Requirements
B.Sc./M.S. Computer Science, Software or equivalent.
Strong network knowledge and experience
GPON/XGSPON knowledge (IOP experience recommended)
Application (person with an understanding of various servers (ACS, SIP, NMS, Multicast, etc.))
Debugging experience (packet capture and analyze, handon trouble shooting...)
** Preferred Qualifications
Must have smooth customer response (must have customer response experience)
Those who can speak English (Able to converse and send emails in English)
Be able to handle network configuration and management (L2/L3 switch, N2X, Smartbit,
GPON OLT...)
People who have no problems with overseas business trips
