Responsibilities

As our Vice President of Content Strategy, you will establish a global creative strategy, direct a creative team, develop and execute multi-channel communications, and ensure brand standards are maintained at every touchpoint.

  • Create a content roadmap and ensure copy relevance and effectiveness in collaboration with technical, legal, and business stakeholders.

  • Devise strategies and lead the team in creating consistent, meaningful content across our website and social media platforms to improve engagement.

  • Plan and implement the content and SEO strategy for our educational hub (Company's Academy) and our social media accounts to increase brand awareness.

  • Build an integrated marketing communications strategy based on the marketing funnel stages and lead the Content team in executing it in collaboration with the Marketing team.

  • Deploy various analytical tools to monitor and evaluate the company’s content performance, analyze the results, and revise plans accordingly.

  • Refine our public relations and thought leadership efforts to establish our position in the market and grow brand awareness.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of working experience within content marketing

  • University degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field

  • Comfortable with all reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush

  • Deep understanding of SEO and organic search

  • Experience in writing SEO-driven content

  • Firm understanding of the marketing funnel, lead generation, and client retention

  • Proven track record of managing a team on a global scale

  • Integrated approach to all things content, from social media to public relations

  • Experience in building a consistent brand voice and identity

  • Proficiency in using Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

Benefits

Working location: Malaysia/Singapore

Salary range: Malaysia: Up to USD 10,000 gross

Singapore: Up to USD 13,000 gross
