As a PO/PM, you will lead projects/products from inception to MVP to enhancement. You will assess estimates, write or review specifications, manage and motivate teams, present to customers, and write proposals. You will also:
Partner with stakeholders, and users to define product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
Define scope and translate product roadmap features into clear product requirements including features, user stories, acceptance test criteria, and success criteria.
Obtaining the client’s acceptance of project deliverables.
Predict and allocate resources and set deadlines.
Creating and ensuring project estimates as closely as possible.
Develop, own, and execute product roadmap, as required.
Work in an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.
Assist in defining the user experience and functional design process for internal/external users, including support and monitoring.
Prioritize, and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing stakeholder needs.
Facilitate release management and coordinate communications around product enhancements and releases.
Coordinate with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, and QA to ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.
Discuss potential projects and parameters with clients, executives, and software developers.
Understand, research, and follow technology trends in the industry and in general.
Able to make recommendations on which new technologies to invest in or leverage.
Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper project/product documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar relevant field.
Minimum 3 years experience as a Business Analyst/ Product Owner/ Technical PM.
Experience in product development/ project delivery/ software project management.
Excellent communication, presentation, motivational, and collaboration skills.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Understanding of SDLC, Scrum, and Agile methodologies.
Strong skill set to gather requirements and document business processes.
Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership.
Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to self-manage & self-organize.
Proficiency in French (C1/C2 level or similar).

Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
Relevant certifications (PSPO, CSPO, PMP, Management, Agile, etc).
Experience with Jira and Atlassian tools.
Experience handling multiple projects at the same time.
Experience working with remote teams.
Experience implementing practices such as Total Product Maintenance (TPM), Scrum, Technical PMS (Product Management Systems), or other Agile systems.
Phenomenal teammate with a forward-thinking mindset, ability, and confidence to challenge the status quo.
Working location: Tu Liem, Ha Noi (Possible to negotiate to Hybrid or Remote if there is a good reason)
Salary range: VND 30mil – 40 mil Gross
