Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into functional, technical requirements to include business processes, and use cases along with requirements of user experience, UI integration, and data
Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications directly to exploit business requirements through verbal or written documentation so that issues and solutions are understood
Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; manage progress, quality, risk, problem solving
Restructuring information and creating wireframes (by Figma, XD)
Estimate the cost and time of the project, and create proposals for new projects
Establishment of operation system and operational design
Planning user research (questionnaire design, Choosing users, creat survey, interview, analyzing results)
Collaborate with other teams such as Designer, Developers, UXD, etc from Viet Nam, Japan, and Thailand
Minimum viable product (MVP) definition, and executive report
Requirements
At least 3 years of related experience in B2B business
Experience working effectively with Japanese customers with good negotiation skills
Strong communication skills: proactively disclose information
Outstanding presentation, communication, and technical writing skills, and ability to convey simple/complex information to other teams (designer, developer, UXD)
Knowledge of planning and delivery skills (progress, quality, risk management...)
Interested in UI/UX design
Ability to work in a team and work independently
Logic thinking, high responsibility, multitasking skills, and proactivity skills
Fluency in Japanese (N2 higher level)
Good English skills

Basic IT skillset (can create wireframes, make proposals for clients, good communication)
Experience in project management
Having Research (questionnaire design, interview) skills
Used to live and work in Japan
