Responsibilities
Lead the market research and analysis of the office and target customers.
Formulate the sales target and decomposition of the office to promote the achievement of the target.
Responsible for office team building and daily work management.
Promote the transformation of potential customers into support customers.
Collaborative business to participate in brand customer designer interaction, for brand customised product development.
Collaborative business preempts customers' product development in the next quarter/year.
Cooperate with the business garment factory, docking, visit, key personnel, public relations, and sales execution.
The implementation of the regional customer satisfaction survey.
Guide, supervise, and inspect the office and business pre-sale, sale, and after-sales service implementation.
Participate in the maintenance of customer relationships between big brand customers in this office.
Ensure timely recovery of sales payment.
Convening and management of weekly and monthly meetings.
Requirements
Education requirements:
Bachelor degree or above.
Skill requirements:
Demand insight ability.
Market development ability.
Business negotiation ability.
Relationship establishment and maintenance ability.
Crisis management ability.
Target management ability.
High-performance team-building ability.
Communication and coordination ability.
Experience requirements:
Sales position in the garment accessories industry, with 3 years or above working experience.
Development and maintenance of at least one 1 million-level purchase amount, a well-known brand success case.
Leading a sales team of 3 or more people.
Knowledge requirements:
Brand promotion knowledge.
Customer relationship maintenance knowledge.
Major customer management knowledge.
Business negotiation knowledge.
Market research knowledge.
Familiarity with marketing-related processes.
Understanding of enterprise-related design functions.
Understanding of the clothing accessories industry.
Must-haves:
Fluent English (speaking, listening, reading & writing).
Minimum 3 years' sales experience in the garment-accessory industry.
Proven track record of developing and maintaining at least one well-known brand with annual purchasing volume ≥ RMB 1 million.
Has led a sales team of 3 or more peopletarget companies/industries: YKK, SAB, SBS.
