We're a small team moving fast. We need a technical business analyst who can bridge the gap between business requirements and engineering execution - someone who speaks both product and API fluently.

• Translate business requirements into technical specs - take product goals from stakeholders and produce clear, unambiguous functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineers can build from without guessing

• Own requirements end-to-end across our insurance workflows: onboarding, KYC, health assessments, policy issuance, claims, teleconsultation, payment integrations, and activity-based rewards

• Write and maintain API documentation - work with backend engineers to document REST/GraphQL endpoints, request/response schemas, and integration contracts for both internal and third-party consumption

• Map data flows and system interactions - create process flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, and data models that capture how information moves across our apps, backend, and partner systems

• Work with third-party integrations - collaborate with insurance carriers, payment gateways, teleconsultation partners, and health data providers to understand their APIs, map field-level requirements, and unblock integration work

• Support sprint planning and backlog grooming - break down epics into actionable stories, estimate effort with the engineering team, and ensure dependencies are identified early

• Conduct UAT and acceptance testing - verify that delivered features meet the spec, edge cases are covered, and business logic is correct before release

• Be the bridge in meetings - sit between product, engineering, design, and external partners; translate business intent into technical language and technical constraints into business impact

• Maintain living documentation - keep specs, API docs, process flows, and integration mappings current as the product evolves; no stale docs on your watch
