Responsibilities
Implement test strategy, test plans & test execution of the product.
Create automation scripts and then optimize them.
Recommends tools, techniques/ methodologies needed to enhance productivity and quality.
Evaluate, select, and formulate the best usage of test automation tools and future alignment for different products and applications.
Use the company framework for Functional Automation, Performance Testing, and Security and Penetration Testing.
Presents technical documentation for review by peers and the Development community.
Work with the scrum team for the resolution of technical issues of the product as needed.
Support regression testing based on technical analysis, complexity, and reusability.
Responds appropriately and competently to the demands of work challenges when confronted with changes, ambiguity, adversity, and other pressures.
Working with an Agile SDLC using Scrum, TDD, Git, Jira, etc.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as an expert in automation frameworks: JUnit, TestNG, Selenium, JMeter, Playwright, and Azure Load Test.
Experience in UI and/or API-level test automation.
Experience in web performance infrastructure (CDNs, caching, reverse-proxies) and cloud resources (AWS, Azure).
Experience in Web service technologies: JSON, ReactJS, XML, REST, SOAP.
Experience working in high volume, high throughput web environments; high-performance websites catering to millions of daily traffic.
Experience in testing and QA frameworks in Financial CRMs and Web Applications’ domains using Agile methodologies.
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis abilities.
Good knowledge of OOP and experience in programming languages: Java, .NET, C#.
Demonstrated skill in coding standards, and experience in actively participating in code reviews.
Fluent in English.

Knowledge in security testing, performance testing, and performance tuning.
Passion for achieving excellence in technical, process, product quality, and reliability.
Experience in working with global teams to lead QA initiatives.
Benefits
Working location: Tan Binh District/ Hybrid (depending on team decision)
Salary range: USD 3,500 – 5,000 Gross
