As a Senior Developer (with 5+ years developing, and 3yrs+ as a senior)

• Stellar software development skills - you have a portfolio of existing code, sites, and contributions.

• Formal experience managing software developers or demonstrable experience mentoring and providing leadership to other developers - able to guide, teach and do.

• Strong troubleshooting, tracing, and debugging skills,

• Experienced and happy to mentor team members

• Experience with requirements-management, backlog grooming, and leading the development to meet specifications

• Having a genuine commitment to getting things done

• Utility or CIS/CRM experience is desirable

Technically you will understand and have worked with some (or all):

• Strong Java knowledge: Java or Java EE Certified. Advanced knowledge of typical patterns, core libraries, and frameworks. Object-Oriented Analysis, Design and Implementation skills

• Working SQL Knowledge

• Demonstrably strong skills in Enterprise Java, including Java Application Server technologies, including JSF 2 with Primefaces, Spring and Hibernate, Java messaging (e.g., ActiveMQ), integration technologies including REST and OpenAPI

• You are comfortable working with legacy back-end when needed

• Experienced and comfortable with eclipse as the main IDE

• Working in an Agile environment (we use JIRA)

• Current Windows experience and you know your way around Linux with reasonable scripting skills
