  • Works collaboratively with technical and business team members to develop and maintain business solutions.

  • Influences and engages actively in building out a dynamic and productive development organization and continuously improving practices and methodology

  • Designs and develops applications with an eye towards simplicity, reliability, manageability, scalability, extensibility, performance, and re-use

  • Interacts with end-clients to provide status updates, demo sessions, and completed deliverables

  • Provides technical expertise in the areas of architecture, design, implementation, and testing

  • Sets and adheres to software coding and style guides to ensure consistency

  • Participates in pairing and code reviews

  • Support (2nd level) and troubleshoot problems with existing applications

  • Mentors and guides others who are still developing their skills


  • Japanese is a must (N3+)

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience within mobile application development (iOS, Android, and/or Hybrid)

  • Experience leading teams (domestic, overseas) enterprise-wide development initiatives

  • Self-motivated team player who excels in a collaborative environment

  • Strong sense of personal accountability; contributes beyond job role and responsibilities

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly and self-directed

  • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into simple software solutions

  • Full lifecycle development experience on mobile applications including native app development

  • Experience in building applications from scratch to publishing app to respective stores.

  • Experience in using REST APIS to connect to backend services third-party libraries (Google Facebook...)

  • Experience with CI / CD tools: Jenkins, TeamCity, etc.

  • Experience with local database usage for offline storage

  • Good sense of UI/UX design and a user-oriented focus.


Salary range: Up to 27,000,000 net

  • Besides NET salary, the employee will get the bonus 2 times per year according to working performance periodically and company profit.

  • 100% Net salary during probation contract.

  • Salary increment: 1 time per year.

  • Work off on Saturday and Sunday by weekly, public holidays according to Vietnam labor Law

  • Take annual leave 16 days per year.

  • Have a Premium Health Care insurance package for yourself and your family (spouse/kids)

  • Social insurance, medical, and unemployment insurance paid as full NET salary

  • Language allowance ( for Japanese certificate (N or J), and English certificate (TOEIC))
