Responsibilities
Technical Leadership:
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Drive technical decision-making and architectural design.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and industry trends.
Software Development:
Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Java applications using Spring Boot.
Implement RESTful APIs to expose services to frontend applications.
Utilize Kafka for event-driven architecture and message streaming.
Leverage containerization technologies like Docker for efficient deployment
Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of talented engineers.
Assign tasks, review code, and provide feedback.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture
CI/CD:
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployments
Requirements
Strong proficiency in Java 17 and Spring Framework.
Deep understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven design.
Experience with Kafka for message streaming and event-driven architectures, Sagaa orchestration.
Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
At least 5 years of experience in Java development and 3 years of team leadership experience.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, TestNG).
Experience with security best practices and vulnerability scanning
