Responsibilities
Be accountable for ensuring your team meets or exceeds its annual revenue expansion target
Work closely with the Sr. Director to define a clear and compelling annual plan and drive successful execution of that plan
Drive a culture of strong execution and operational excellence within your team, particularly through leading by example
Collaborate effectively with Business Development, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Account Management, Customer Success, and Product teams to maintain strategic alignment and effective execution of revenue expansion plan
Engage with Senior Leadership to provide timely, objective evaluations of progress toward achieving KPI’s and communicate plans and strategies to ensure targets are met or exceeded clearly
Lead, coach, and grow a team of front-line Account Executives with a focus on consistently meeting individual and team objectives while coaching and developing team members to grow and advance their careers
Ensure your direct reports are effectively supported, developed, and mentored with an aim to foster individual and team excellence.
Collaborate with Sales Enablement to implement best practices and ensure they are effectively utilized and executed within the team
Ensure you and your team are consistently meeting or exceeding relevant KPI’s
Collaborate with Revenue Leadership and Revenue Operations to ensure the most appropriate tools and resources are being provided and leveraged by the team to support successful execution of sales activities and achievement of sales targets
Gather market requirements through direct customer input and provide input for future product offerings
Support and lead conversations with critical, strategic client growth opportunities and new logo opportunities
Stay up to date on all Product and major Industry developments
Be accountable for your own individual revenue expansion target in addition to your team’s revenue expansion target
Keep prospect database accurately updated
Provide product presentations and demos to prospects
Maintain knowledge of all product offerings of the company
Ensure your team meets sales and pipeline conversion targets consistently
Requirements
At least 3 years professional experience with a significant portion of that experience comprised of similar or related roles
Native level or fluent English is a must
Native level or fluent Mandarin is a must
Strong leadership qualities with a track record in demonstrating a capacity to coach and motivate colleagues
Experience executing the day-to-day of a sales organization with an established record of producing results
Experience in SaaS technology sales
Ability to confidently sell to C-suite and possessing high-level executive presence
Consultative sales skillset and an ability to construct and articulate a strong business case and clear ROI
Experience with strategic account planning and execution
Excellent operational/analytical skills - reporting, forecasting, data analysis skills
Uncompromising in safeguarding team and organizational culture and values
Excellent presentation skills
A self-starter that can thrive in a rapidly evolving environment while motivating stakeholders and direct reports to push for excellence and overachievement
Experience using Sales/Customer Success tools such as Hubspot, LinkedIn, Apollo, Salesforce, etc.
High sense of responsibility and accountability; possess strong client service skills
Good negotiation skills; excellent interpersonal skills; able to create and execute effective presentations
Process and procedure driven and willing to be part of a predictable revenue generating framework
Detail-oriented and an active listener
Fast learner and creative thinker
