Responsibilities
Play the role of developer of the team, under minimal guidance
Contribute on the technical aspects, code review, defect support and prod implementation
Ensure best practices (including unit testing / code coverage etc.) are implemented in the project
Work with various external teams (Front end, Testing, Product Management, 3rd party etc.) to drive the project and resolve dependencies
Requirements
Industry Experience: Banking / FinTech/ BFSI / IT & ITES
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or related discipline
Have at least 6+ years of development experience in Java
Must be hands-on with Java, Spring boot, REST, Microservices, Netflix OSS/Spring Cloud and Kafka
Have worked in Backbase implementation
Must be able to write Junit test cases and ensure code coverage is up to agreed standards
Must have real-time experience working on projects involving CI/CD
Good to have knowledge of being in an ecosystem involving the creation of Docker Images and its orchestration using Kubernetes
Good to have knowledge of AWS cloud services from a development integration perspective
Should have good communication skills
