Business development

• Create opportunities within the cluster for the growth of the business- expansion into existing

• Hunting new clients in alignment with the organization's strategy

• Nurture and enhance relationships with key client stakeholders

• Work with our CoE/ practices for GTM planning and execution

• Regularly connect with Clients at Senior leadership levels

• Drive to think of creative and proactive solutions to customer problems

Revenue and Profitability management

• Forecast, track, and be responsible for key account metrics like revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and employee satisfaction for the account

• Conversion of sales opportunities into revenue streams

• A balanced portfolio of revenue streams- steady state v/s one-timers

• Margins management during the sales process, margins management in the execution

• Portfolio balance for long terms margin improvement and sustainability 

Governance

• Participate in ensuring deliveries to the customer

• Ensure the service delivery for the projects happens at very high client satisfaction levels and resolve all pending issues, if any, at the earliest

• Jointly review project schedules, and deliverables with the client team and our delivery project managers periodically and participate in key project reviews and meetings on the Steerco level

• Talent planning, and support in hiring & retention
