STS175 - TALENT ACQUISITION
Junior / Middle / Senior
Consult with leaders, hiring managers and human resources team on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation and sourcing strategies.
Communicate with managers and employees regularly to promote ATS referral program and internal opportunities.
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
Respond timely to internal and external applicant situations, and applicant requests as required
Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy
Develop company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing
Perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build database/pipeline of
Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume & phone screens, candidate interviews, recommend final selection of applicants and close qualified candidates.
Arrange pre-employment testing, background & references screenings. Evaluation and input of our current vendors
Create offer letters, maintain applicant tracking system, recruiting reports and other staffing administration functions as needed.
Conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring process is engaging and that processes are followed and accurate.
Place and update all job postings in various Medias including internet/intranet sites, colleges, social networks, community boards and staffing partners.
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
Position may require work responsibilities outside of normal business hours
1,000 $ - 1,300 $
MA degree in Human resources or similar relevant field
Previous working experience preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for at least 4 years
Proven track record of sourcing and landing top talent in the IT industry;
Demonstrated knowledge of various recruiting techniques, and experience in online/social media recruiting.
In-depth knowledge of candidates’ selection methods
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. Stack Overflow and GitHub)
A positive, “can do” attitude
Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service, negotiation skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels throughout the company.
Self-starter with excellent time management, multi-tasking and organizationalskills.
Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trust worthiness and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Creative in brainstorming and proposing new ideas and solutions to existing problems
Salary range: Up to 1,300$ gross
