Responsibilities
Depending on the reported incident, investigate the root causes and recommends the actions to be implemented. Ensures the necessary developments in order to resolve the anomaly. Ensures the performance of unit tests and writes the documentation corresponding to the modifications made.
Ensures compliance with commitments in terms of deadlines and the quality of the work provided.
Ensures compliance with standards specific to its activity. Contributes to the improvement of his team's indicators in order to improve the quality and image of the company. Performs On-site support missions, provides first-level support training.
Ensures compliance with the development standards chosen by us within the framework of its activity. Advocates development axes for specific maintenance procedures
Requirements
Experience between 6-8 years in Java / J2EE tech stack.
Should have worked on Card system projects.
Good hands-on experience in card system migration.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent studies/ experiences.
Minimum 5 years of relevant support experience related to Payment / Finance Industries.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in a programming language, framework, UI technology.
Proficiency in Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Review, and Deployments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage functional and technical stakeholders across multiple business units
Benefits
Salary range: 4000 - 4500 SGD GROSS
