Build modular micro-UI components
Implement shared design system
Optimize performance (<1MB initial bundle target)

Requirements
5+ years of experience with React
Experience with scalable front-end architecture
State management (Redux/Zustand/etc.)
Performance optimisation
Strong UX awareness
