Responsible for managing a small team - not limited to; creating targets, performance tracking, be part of training and development, participate in the recruitment process.

Create, write code and examine complicated features, services and components.

Administer design and code reviews for other team members, making sure best practices and industry standards are met.

Handle analysis and design of huge and compound features.

Collaborate with the creative team, UX consultancy, functional owners, testers, analysts, and architects to assure satisfied requirements.

Deliver detailed design documentation with physical data flows, file layouts, common routines and utilities, and application spacs or prototypes.

Assess possible frameworks and tooling, exhibiting, deploying and commissioning selected products.

Determine and resolve bottlenecks using agreed procedures.

Gather and investigate performance statistics (eg. load testing) by using tooling.

Involve in maintenance tasks.
