Responsibilities
You will work as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
Envision initial requirements and support creating initial project scope.
Document functional and business requirements documents: create wireframes, user stories, activity diagrams and use cases.
Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Support development team to communicate with the customers regarding implementation QA/Issue and perform manual testing if required
Compose related documents, such as: Requirement Traceability, User Manual, UAT Training…
Requirements
Have 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst.
In-depth experience with at least one prototyping tool (e.g.: Balsamiq, Axure RP, MS Visio…)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Have knowledge in UML, Design and Modelling tools is an advantage.
Have good skill at: Teamwork, Analysis, Design, Communication and Presentation.
Have a good command of English (especially speaking)
Have domain knowledge (any of Logistics, Intelligence Transportation System…) is an advantage.
